​Peter is an experienced advocate and collaborative lawyer, assisting his clients to negotiate, mediate, collaborate and when necessary, to litigate their family law disputes, including custody, access, child support, spousal support, property division, equalization of net family property, exclusive possession of the matrimonial home, trust claims, complex property disputes, restraining orders and motions to vary final orders and separation agreements.  Peter also assists his clients in the negotiation and preparation of marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements.
